1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CloudXSpace ("CXS", "we", "our", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems. You agree not to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code. Automated scraping, data mining, or similar data-gathering activities are prohibited without our express written consent.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CloudXSpace and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. If you downgrade your plan, changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with the law, or as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After that period, we may delete your data permanently.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudXSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate competent courts.
